The Covid-19 crisis has effected all businesses in some way or another.

If you have had to close or temporarily change your hours, you should:

1. Update your website.
2. Change your hours on social media such as your Facebook Business Page.
3. Update your Google listing.
4. Make a post on each social media such as Facebook and Instagram, to announce the change.
5. Send out a newsletter.
6. Send customers an email.
7. Phone your most important customers.
8. Update the hours listed at your door.
9. Learn more about running your business from home.

Communicate with your customers

Your customers will appreciate being kept in the loop during these difficult times. They still need your products or services and letting them know when you're available will remind them you are still here.
